Book Launch

Planning for the launch of my first novel has begun. If any of you live within travel distance to the Royal Oak skytrain station in Burnaby BC & would like to attend a reading (not of the whole book) of Pool Party at a coffee/tea shop party, come to 6888 Royal Oak from 7-9 on Fri Jan 31, Pool Party’s release date. (see author page at Plenty of street parking. Steps from the sky train. Please be unscented. Allergies. & let me know ASAP if you’d like to come (by the 27th at the latest)

For out of towners: download a copy of the book. It’s a fast, fun read about a waitress/illustrator who moves to Florida and tries reinventing herself as an artist. Once there, complications emerge like cockroaches out of a carpet. Image

  1. I have the opposite take. I’m a gal that doesn’t like to talk to organizations in person if I don’t have to, and would rather hit a few keys from a traffic stop, pay a bill, and continue on my day. I have a basic knack for computers for some reason. But then, I have a math brain–nerdery is my deal. I think computers must figure into that. I will agree on one thing, though–social media electronics…huh? Half the time I don’t know what to say, and the other half I am trying to social media market without a clue as to what I’m doing. I need to hire a thirteen year old to do social media stuff for me, that’s all there is to it!
